Very personal, they wanted to know about me and how I thought. I think and really feel like they are wanting to change the atmosphere from the current state ( whatever that is). They don't harp on the past and was very interested in what I wanted to learn and when I expressed interest in third shift they lit up. The pay is dismal, but if you can look past the company politics, know your path and understand what your there for, you will be alright. I would considered the airline to be a stepping stone and they are fully aware of this.
