Interview
I applied early Oct. 2018. The process from when I apply to video interview to F2F was very quickly. Took a total of about 2 weeks. The process was just as described by other people here. You arrive, they take you to a conference room where they explain what the company does, offer, benefits and pay. They give you a 10 minute break to think about the low pay they offer and if you don't want it, you don't have to return. If you do make it back you will be required to go to the front to introduce yourself, say where you're from, and one interesting fact/thing about you and finally read an announcement out loud that they give you to read. You will then be provided lunch. After lunch you will be taken to the conference room and will be called for a ono-on-one interview. One thing to note: Even though they make you feel that having tattoos won't count against you, I believe it does. If you have tattoos, do not let them know. I kept in contact with 5 other people in the group that interviewed that day and the only ones who received an offer letter were the ones with NO tattoos even though we gave the same answers to the same questions. We had about four hours in the airport together to discuss the interview and questions and our answers were the same. **DO NOT ADMIT YOU HAVE TATTOOS if you can hide them under clothes and make-up at all times during interview, training, at work.
