I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte C H, VA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online 2/3/19
VI Invite 2/7/19
Completed same day
F2F 2/15/19 in CLT
Offered CJO same day
After submitting my application online I was invited to do the VI. The questions you see posted on here are accurate. I was contacted 2/14 to attend a F2F 2/15. We were shown a video presentation, given ample info about FA life, pay, training and benefits. Then we had to get up, introduce ourselves, give an interesting fact about ourself then read a script( what you’ll read as an FA). We then had lunch at the training facility as a group (interviewees). Then we were called in to do 1:1. The 1:1 is conducted in the same room with other attendees at separate tables. I interviewed with an FA and the recruiter. Just be yourself and be honest. I received my CJO while en route back home. I was offered one with another company but the atmosphere of the PSA employees and AA team helped me make my decision. I’m off to training in March and I’m so excited to get my wings with this team! They have a true family atmosphere that I cannot wait to be a part of!
