      Flight Attendant Interview

      Feb 27, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PSA Airlines

      Interview

Applied 2/11 VI Invite 2/11 VI completed 2/13 F2F Invite 2/15 F2F Interview 2/22 CJO 2/22 PSA's F2F interview was a fun experience. Very laid back and not as stressful as I thought it would be. Once you arrive to the training center they'll have you meet in the cafeteria with the other applicants. (Use this time to socialize!) A recruiter will then come and get the group and escort you all upstairs to the room where the presentations will be held. The first portion of the interview is going over several presentations by several recruiters. They harp on how low the pay is, and then give you a break which is also an opportunity to leave the interview if you decide the wage is too low. You'll then come back from the break and start the group activity. The group activity was being called by the number you have on your name tag, standing in front of the group and introducing yourself, stating an interesting fact about you, and reading a typical inflight announcement. Once the entire group goes, they'll start collecting all the items they had you bring. (Make sure to bring ALL ITEMS REQUESTED), ask if you've been a FA before and if you have any tattoos. You'll then head back to the cafeteria for lunch which was provided. Once you head back, you'll then have the 1:1 interviews where you'll speak with two separate recruiters. It was quite a few questions which I wasn't expecting. BUT all of them were listed here on Glassdoor, so be prepared! All in all it's a fairly easy day, we finished around 1:30 and were scheduled to finish at 3pm. I received my CJO at 4:30 the same evening.
