I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2015
Interview
They brought us into a room, there were about 70 of us. They told us about the job and stressed how low the pay would be. $15,000 a year the first year and they do make deductions for uniform. You have to relocate to one of their 3 base cities but training is paid for. After about an hour of introduction, we went to lunch for 50 minutes, came back and they asked each row to stand up one by one in front of the panel and answer a question as well as read a placecard aloud. Once everyone finishes, you leave for another 20 minutes. The group is split in 2 and one group is asked to go home. There were a lot of older people at the interview session, around 50 - 65 and some young. I wasn't picked, I'm not sure why but I looked the part, I guess they just didn't like me.
