The interview process was one of the worst experiences I've had. First, they contacted me through HR and asked some questions about my overall experience and english level. This interview was easy and the HR personnel was nice, then you'll need to fill a form with the technologies you are more familiar with.
Then, they appointed an interview with a couple of Web Engineers, in this interview I was required to solve a couple of algorithms and tricky questions about JS concepts, this was a medium-hard interview.
After that, they will send you a homework assignment, I was willing to do it over the weekend, but found some problems as the instructions were not clear enough and I had to ask for clarification (For example, I needed to use an specific version of a library, otherwise it won't work) I did this test in about 10-12h
After reviewing the test they will appoint 2 more interviews, one to talk about the test and why I did it the way I did. They mentioned I used a CLI tool to create the project (CRA) when they asked not to (BUT this is the way react suggest to create a new project, so not sure what they want to accomplish with that, is nonsense)
The next interview was the most difficult, it was a 1h pair programming interview where I was required to solve a very difficult algorithm, which I was not able to complete in the given time. Feedback said I was not very talkative during the interview, so if you are the kind that likes to think about the problem in silence instead of coding it will go bad for you.
Overall, I think this was a really bad experience, too much interviews, nonsense requirements on the test as well as incomplete information, also unclear instructions on how to proceed on the last interview and all of this process just to get a "we will not be moving forward with your candidacy at this time" because of an algorithm that does not reflect your knowledge or what you usually do on a daily-basis...Exhausting and disappointing.
