It was a long interview process but at the end, I had a real picture of the fit, company, & job description. There was one 15 minute phone interview, one 45 minute interview, and a final a take-home project with the in-person interview. I interviewed with the entire team and one of the co-founders -- and really got a sense of what they needed, what they expected, and company culture. Everyone was incredibly friendly! Even though I was nervous at first, they joked and helped me feel a lot more comfortable. They also really took time with the take-home project and pushed questions at me that weren't your normal scripted LinkedIn ones but showed they took a lot of time looking at my experience & project. I totally appreciated it!
