First you get a phone call with the recruiter, very nice and easy going. If the first contaba phone call went well you get by email the follow up steps. They made me create a keynote talking about my knowledge of the industry and the company, my understanding of the role, and my strategy to reach KPI (that took time, and shared my personal ideas and strategies). Then I had a first interview with a peer individual, then an interview with the person responsable of the position, then a last one with one of the partners and counselors of the company. In total where 9 interviews, on some presenting the same keynote, receiving different feedback, mostly positive, others just Q&A from them to me. After all that again the HR recruiter told me that everything went well and that I should be expecting an official proposal for the job. Even at this point, no one share the salary of the position. At the end I got an email letting me know that because of “company strategy” the position would be in hold. They never reach back with a final definitive closure. To my knowledge the position wasn’t field. After about a year the position reopen, I reach to the recruiter, since I passed already for all the process, to keep me present and to be considered again at least for a new interview, with an fast response that they would, witch never happened.
