Applied online and got a call for a group interview about 2 weeks later. Manager was super laid back and said we didn't have to answer any question that we didn't want to and anybody could jump in whenever to answer each one. Got called in a couple days later for second interview which only took about 5 minutes. He asked "why panera?" Then we discussed my availability and that was all. Got offered the job the next day.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
