I got a call asking for an interview. Met with the assistant manager. She asked me about availability, how many hours, if I was in school. Asked me why I wanted to work with Panera. She seemed like she wanted to hire me. Asked me if I could come back the next day to meet with hiring manager. Hiring manager asked why I want to work there. She was super friendly and told me she wanted to hire me.

The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
