I had an initial phone interview with a manager from the Analytics department that lasted 1 hour.
I was then moved to a scheduled 3 hour interview at the corporate location in Sunset Hills, MO two weeks later with 4 different people.
Overall I thought the interviews went well and expected a contact back one way or the other. I emailed those who had interviewed me that day a thank you email the next day and I was told I would hear back in regards to the decision.
I contacted HR 2 weeks later with nothing but the sound of crickets. Basically, they decided it was no longer important to have the common courtesy to get back to me in regards to their decision.
Overall the interviews were not that tough, but in regards of common courtesy, they have none. I don't recommend wasting your time.
