Quick and easy to set up. The hiring manager called me and set up an interview on a day that worked for me. After completion I was offered a separate interview with the gm on a day that he was there (which was the next day). After that I was offered the job and could begin paperwork and such.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
