The interview was Very quick and easy. They asked Typical questions for hospitality businesses. The employer who interviewed me was very kind and inviting and did not make the process intimidating at all.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Dayton, OH) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview depends on the store. I had a simple interview and was hired on the spot. I was then required to come in for "orientation" to fill out paperwork and do some online training. Then, I had to attend "planet bread" with all new associates in the area to learn more about Panera's culture.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of the questions were difficult or unexpected.
Asked questions regarding food safety and why I wanted the job , also discussed how my schedule would look if I were to get the job. I was then told I would be given a call regarding the decision whether I got the job or not
Great process very easy and they really try and fast track the hiring process. It is usually with a couple of the managers who will be overseeing your day to day.
