I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Kent, WA) in Nov 2015
Interview
There were 2 interviews. Applied online and was called for an interview a couple days later. A couple days after that, I went in to the the cafe and said I was here for an interview, and was asked if I wanted a drink, and sat down. In five minutes someone came over (he was very friendly) and we had a casual, 15-minutes interview. He asked if I could come in a few hours for a second interview which his boss. When I came in for the second interview, I did the same thing and waited up to about 15 minutes for the boss to come over. She was also very sweet. The interview was no longer than the first and I was offered the job up-front. Definitely the most positive interview experience I've had so far.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Naperville, IL) in May 2021
Interview
They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Middletown, NY)
Interview
The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
