Completed an assignment and met with various team members over several rounds of interviews. All were fairly straightforward behavioral and experience based questions, nothing too out of the ordinary. I could tell from a couple of the conversations that there was a fair amount of disorganization with low morale in certain areas. This was further highlighted by the lack of communication of status well over a month (and going) after my interview. As others have noted, if you are going to ask someone to complete an assignment and interview over several rounds, respect their time by at least following up. The mission of this company is really compelling, there are some talented team members, and I wish them the best but I'd think twice about joining at this point in their journey. Too many red flags.
