It was not the outcome I had hoped for, but it was a positive process and learning experience. I met with the recruiter, the CMO, and then the Director. My only complaint was the recruiter sent me an email on Friday and asked for my availability on Monday for a call. I spent the entire weekend feeling very good that I would receive an offer on Monday only to receive the opposite. It was a disappointment that I believe could have been handled via Friday's email.
