I usually don’t write reviews but I was disappointed not only with the recruiters but the team in general. I had to follow up with the recruiting team quite a bit to get interviews scheduled which was a little annoying. To top it off, I had to do a lengthy assessment which was basically a game plan for the team. After a week of waiting, I had to reach out and ask about updates. Instead of the recruiter just emailing me or chatting with me that day, he scheduled a call to tell me they went with an internal candidate. Instead of wasting people’s time, don’t make them do crazy long assessments when you already know who you are going to choose. On top of the Glassdoor reviews, this experience turned me off to parley. Not only do I not want to work there, I won’t be using their services.

A very lengthy process, several interviews with different members of the team and a work sample or task is required . Background check is required by employer if you are selected
