Comprehensive interviewing process. First step is screening call with a recruiter. This is brief and explains the role expectations and salary. Second step is an interview with a manager of the department. Next, there is a mock case to demonstrate clinical expertise. Lastly, interviewing with several team members from different departments in 5-6 interviews depending upon the role. Everyone is kind and interested in learning more about you.
