Interview
There are 6 initial interviews, a presentation, then 2 initial interviews. Hiring practices are not equal between candidates. Presentations were not completed then stated the presentation was off point for the reason to not get the job. The interview after the presentation was declined by the interviewer. How can decisions be made of steps are skipped?
