First I was contacted by a recruiter and then had a zoom call with said recruiter. Seemed like a good job so I proceeded to go through the next two virtual interviews both with senior members of the team. Finally, I was asked to do an in person interview. They did not cover my hotel for the interview (site was 4+ hours away) nor did they cover the parking meter I had to use. During my on-site interview we completed a mock sales call. Then, I was asked to schedule 3 sales calls with real accounts by noon. All of this with zero pay and zero compensation for my time. I set 3 meetings in less than 30 minutes and promptly left. Whole thing felt like they were trying to squeeze the absolute most out of me before I even got the job. That is not the culture for me.

Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description
