Interview process was very pleasant. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and the people who interviewed me were amazing people. I do feel that they need to be more transparent on their hiring criteria. If you have anything in collections in your personal credit report you need not apply. I told the recruiter I had collections and was told it shouldn’t matter. Turns out it does. Would have been helpful to know in the beginning so I didn’t waste everyone’s time. I was offered a position but couldn’t pass the credit check, for having a few things from my past on it.
