I had 3 rounds of phone interviews and then they called to let me know I was a finalist for the role. Then said they would follow up with me to provide a compensation estimate and I never heard from them again. I have followed up 5-6 times over the past 2 months and never heard back after that. Found that very unprofessional especially since it was the hiring manager, the person who I would have reported into, that dropped the ball. I am guessing that I did not get the role based off being ghosted..?
