Most definitely the worst interview process I've ever dealt with! Met with the area manager for the first interview, it was fine but difficult. The guy kept testing me on how I would interact to him challenging my credentials on my resume. I finally just didn't care anymore and challenged everything he was saying and he liked that and referred me onto the second interview. Next, I had to meet with one of the VP's and he rescheduled or bailed 4 times! The only reason I kept rescheduling was because they let me reschedule an interview once due to being stuck in traffic. Honestly though, I now know that Paycom executives don't care one bit about the little guys.
