I’ve never heard of interviewing somewhere and doing free work for that company. That’s exactly what they have do, it’s like you’re in training during the interview process and then when you go in for the in-person interview, you basically make calls as if you were a hired employee to create leads for their Current sales reps. If you don’t set three appointments, then they say you don’t get the job but they might give you a list that you’d only connect to three or four people. You’re basically calling down the other reps list and trying to create an appointment for them because you’re not gonna be the one meeting these people. All their current reps at Paycom in the office I was interviewing for, all seems to be a junior type seniority. You feel like you’re in high school with how they act in there. I was overqualified for this role and was willing to take a step down because of my current situation, and it felt like I was training their reps in a demonstration you have to give. A non-college graduate could Easily be a top producer at this company, But like high school, you gotta fit in with the group.

Interview process was fairly extensive. 3 Interviews followed by a presentation. I passed the 3 interviews and was invited to do a presentation. However, after reading reviews it seemed like it wasn't going to provide the lifestyle I was looking for.
