Interview process was long but worth it in the end. They do this to weed out people. Phone interview, manager interview, team presentation. That is really it. The interview process is why teams are so cohesive together.

Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales. First was recruited by in house recruiter
