The interview process consisted of four steps. 1. The phone screener 2. Interview with a team member and the supervisor 3. Interview with department supervisor 4. 3 minute long video teaching a new skill. The process took about two weeks from the time I had my initial phone screener. It could have been faster, but my schedule was hectic with my old job. Everyone was so kind and outgoing. Conversation was natural. I already felt like a part of the Paycom team, even before a job offer.
