I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was on campus with two people; a recruiter and a manager. The recruiter came across arrogant and overconfident while simultaneously being dressed in clothes that were, well, not exactly professional. The irony of this is the expectation that interviewees come in business suits. On a positive note, the manager was warm and professional. They took turns asking questions which were clearly scripted ahead of time. I left thinking I’d truly enjoy working with the manager and would generally avoid the recruiters.
We strive to provide a professional interview from start to finish and are disappointed to hear you didn’t experience this. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and will share this review with our teams.
