Three stage interview process for the internship. A call with a recruiter, an in-person meeting with the local sales manager, and a zoom call with the regional VP. Loved every step of the process! Every meeting left me excited and supported. My recruiter called me before each one of my next steps to make sure I felt ready and helped prepare me. The conversations were casual because every person I met with could feel that there was a strong alignment there.
