I had an initial phone call and apparently I am ineligible due to being out of work for more than 90 days. I think this is a ridiculous policy, as people take breaks from work for various reasons all the time. It is definitely not a reflection on a person's ability to perform, and I think most people would agree with me. Paycom needs to reassess their outdated policy, and from other reviews their work life balance. Definitely not a company I would want to be a part of.
