Interview
Interview was long in the beginning, but I had my last two interviews within the same week. One was an on-site interview where I had to train them on a piece of software I knew, the other was with the CEO of the company. Overall, it was intimidating yet engaging, and it paid off.

Interview
1. Quick phone call with the hiring manager. More for culture-fit.
2. Phone interview with hiring manager. Asked about previous role.
3. 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager. Did a demo of training a client on a particular SaaS platform.
4. In-person interview with the team director.
5. (Same day for me) In-person interview with the CEO

Interview
I had 5 phone/video chat interviews. They were really informal and very friendly. Every time I would get ready for some intense questions, and normally it was just like a conversation.
About half the time was spent answering their questions and the other half was me asking them questions.
I was in a hurry because of another offer so they were able to go through the second half of the process in less than a week. I told them Peek was my first choice, but I didn't think I could keep the other company waiting very long.
I took the offer without hesitation because I really felt it was a good match.
