I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Peek
Interview
They did a coding challenge that seemed very applicable to what you might be doing on a day to day basis. They gave clear and good guidelines, then the technical interview had to do with that coding exercise. There were no attempts at technical curveballs. Just a straight forward process. The great interview process is in large part why I took the job.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Peek in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty amazing with at least 7 steps, from the introduction call until the last calls with the Product team & CTO. We had technical interviews pretty cool, with take-home project and live coding reviewing the code done and implementing new things doing the process fun and challenger.
The many steps were enough to understand each area of the company and how everybody feels about work at Peek and what I would find in my day-to-day.
There were several steps:
1. Call with the Engineering Manager
2. Engineering director interview
3. Code challenge
4. Follow up on Coding Challenge with live coding
5. Call with the Product team
6. Call with CTO
7. Offer letter
