Applied, phone screen, panel interview with tech team. Talked about my experience, some ML projects, etc. Received really positive feedback from the group at the end of the interview. Didn’t hear back for a week. Sent a follow up email, and was told I was rejected with no feedback. A few minutes later, received an email saying that was a mistake, I was still in the running and they were just still interviewing candidates. Then today, multiple days later I finally receive an email saying I’m rejected via workday. Genuinely a trash candidate experience. Cannot believe how incompetent the people handling the recruiting process must be to put a candidate through that.
