Interview
Interviewed with the Branch Rental Manager and District Rental Manager and then the District Rental Manager, so two total interviews. The questions are very behavioral based. Total hiring process took less than a month. While I was in my position in a different district from where I started, I was able to interview candidates for the MT position. That process took a lot longer and took 3 interviews. Every district was different in how the process went. A lot of quality candidates were passed on due to my boss' pickiness. (Based on the interviews I did with her, she would not have hired me)

First was a phone interview, then a panel interview with multiple leads at the location. Overall was good but I didn’t end up moving forward with the company. They said if I was willing to relocate I could interview there.

The interview process was relatively easy. Let you talk with people who actually work in the position beforehand as well which was nice. After that I talked with the manager and a manager above them.

Easy, enjoyed the process. Stayed with the company for about three years then moved into another role. Learn a lot of new skills and had growth opportunities. Would suggest interviewing here if looking to move into business.
