PepsiCo Product Development Placement interview questions

The interview was included in an assessment centre. The assessment centre began with a group exercise, which helped to ease everyone into the interview. Then there was an individual interview made up of competency based questions and technical questions, as well as the opportunity to talk one on one to the current team managers. The final stage of the assessment centre is a business case presentation, that was pre-prepared. Between each stage there was a break and a chance to talk to current placement students. The assessment centre lasted 3 hours in total.
