Interview
I interviewed for a college graduate position about 2 years ago. I had a call with a recruiter and the interview was held by two other developers. I would not recommend this company bases solely on the experience I had with those developers. Everyone knew I was just graduating, so I'm not sure what they were expecting. I had skill on my resume based on things I had done in school (like classes and projects), but one of the interviewers scolded me for putting some things as skills since I hadn't actually had a full time job doing those things. I think this is absurd since I took a class in school the said those would be great things to put down. I never tried to say I had experience doing those things in a full-time professional setting, so I'm not sure why they were a-h's about it. Either way, I'm glad I didn't take this job. Now I'm making twice as much as I would be making had I started working there.

What can you do? What value do you bring to the team? Your resume says you have skills in algorithm analysis. What experience do you have doing this in a professional setting?
Applied online through their careers site. Recruiter reached out within a week to schedule an initial phone screen. Screen focused on my background and interest in the role. Second round was a technical conversation covering agentic AI patterns.
Process was well-organized and communication was prompt throughout.

Interview process was quick, technical interview was a call with a senior dev who asked me some questions also had a code challenge.
The interviewer gave me feedback all the time, which helped me to take notes for further interviews
