Interview
It is a Multi-stage process for hiring a new candidate. Interview process includes the following step like
1)Shortlisting: the first step in the interview process is to get shortlisted for the interview.
2) Screening: Companies check whether the candidate is eligible or not
3) Technical: Companies check the technical skill are there in the candidate or not.
4) Hr: if the candidate clears all the round of then the hr where the candidate is been ask for salary and other stuff.
