Interview
The interview process was an absolute mess.
The DM employees I spoke with were great (typical formal interview questions you see for large pharmaceutical companies, definitely take time to prep), however the internal recruiters were SO disorganized.
Every time I got a call from an internal recruiter it was a different person. I had questions that never got answered. When I would call the last recruiter I’d talk to with a question about compensation or benefits, they’d refer me to another recruiter which made no sense. Ultimately, I did not take the job based off of the disorganization and inconsistency of the recruiting team. I was worried it reflected the disorganization of the company as a whole.
