Pfizer Cybersecurity Analytics and Data Science interview questions

Just one call with the HR which was focused on the reasons why I would like to join and move back to my country for this position (since I have been living abroad). Then, they asked about my salary expectantions and told me that I would be potentially called for a technical interview. Two weeks later, without any notice I receive a rejection e-mail stating that other candidates were more skilled. I can only assume that my salary range was out of what they wanted to offer for the position. ** My comment is that those rejections e-mails should be more personalized. You cannot reject someone you barely interviewed mentioning the skills as the rejection factor. For a company that "cares" that much about people as they claim, you should learn to care also for the recruitment processes! **
