Interview
Initial HR phone screening, followed by panel interview with related staff. Panel consisted of 4 individuals, one of whom was the direct supervisor for the role in question. The process completely lacked transparency - I've twice participated in multi-round interview processes with Pfizer, and both times they've promoted internal candidates who were less qualified than me. I honestly don't know why they bother posting the positions - I certainly won't apply with Pfizer again.

I have an excellent experience with using Olivia, the virtual scheduling assistant. It was easy to use and a very efficient process to schedule the interview. I wish other employers used this.
