I sent in the application on their portal and they emailed to schedule an interview soon after. The decision made after was not as quick. Interview was easy it was more of a conversation

Asked basic STAR questions, fairly simple and very nice. They asked me about my past experience, what I know about the company, etc. It was more of a conversation than an interview
