Reached out directly to PI, interview offer extended by recruiter the next day. Interview was 30 min long and conversational/behavioral, we mostly discussed how I'd fit with the team. Took 2 weeks to receive rejection.
2 rounds of interviews. First with manager and second with 5 team members. It was very straight forward with mostly behavioral questions and some specific questions about your experience. Overall it was a great interview experience! The interviewers very very friendly and did a great job at explain the potential role.

I had a positive experience and only went through one interview with 2 managers. I was hired within 24 hours. Some feedback I received was that I showed great enthusiasm and researched the company outside of their COVID-vaccine
