Lengthy and tedious interview process involving multiple panel interviews. Informal technical interview is included as part of the panel interviews. Difficulty of technical questions depend on the person asking, but generally, the questions are fairly straightforward.

After brief self introduction within 2 minutes, senior asked me about my experience, my master dissertation, and regular bq. (including what's my disadvantage and advantages; what's the most difficult thing) Got the offer a week later.

Interview
The interview panel is good and everyone is friendly and professional. Questions are easy, including SAS basics like merge and set functions and some common BQs. I had a great experience with the interview.

Recruited via their graduate program. Was easy in the early phases as they had lots of positions but there is more competition now between students for an FTE job since they don't have as much positions anymore
