I didnt like it because it was way too long and job specific, It did not matter what I said I think so it was very boring and I left it as it is. They should ask better questions

Straight forward, fast paced screening process. Initial phone screening with recruiter, followed by phone interview with departmental director. Face-to-face panelist interview a few days later at Headquarters, followed by interview with senior leader I would be directly supporting. Overall positive experience.
