Interview was like others in the same industry (pharma). Technical questions and soft skills assessed. Interviewers were professional and polite. Interview was not too long maybe 30 mins or so

Tell us a time a time where you faced conflict with a coworker
El proceso de entrevista fue bastante ágil y estructurado. Constó de dos rondas, cada una de aproximadamente 30 minutos. La primera entrevista fue con el equipo de Recursos Humanos, donde se abordaron temas generales sobre mi experiencia, motivaciones y ajuste cultural con la empresa. La segunda entrevista fue con miembros del equipo, enfocándose más en aspectos técnicos y en cómo podría contribuir al trabajo diario.
They were friendly and understanding. Interesting questions. Good experience overall. They wanted to learn about things like my long term goals, my experience and what exactly i can bring to the table as far as experience and what not
2 rounds. One with HR and one with the team. Questions are based on their 5 core values. Overall, the interview included questions on both experiences I have on my resume and behavioral questions.
