Interview

First I had a phone screening just explaining what the job would entail and how my skills and experiences would fit into the job description. Next, I went into the corporate office for an interview. I interviewed with two different people in the HR department. We went through my resume and talked about my past experiences as an intern. The interview was really laid back. They made me feel super comfortable and they were extremely talkative and nice.

Interview

First round(Online)-Written question and answer round; around 10 simple questions were given to all applicants. Needed to forward the answers in 1 day. Second round (Face-to-Face)- 4 out of 10 students were selected for this round. Basically comprised of STAR questions (Situation description in form of an example, Tasks you did for that situation, Actions you took, Result of your actions). So there were 2 employees (HR and a recently-joined employer) who were writing down all my responses as I answered to 6 different STAR questions. More HRs & experienced professionals should be included in the face-to-face round.

1st round: General Employment questions (Starting Date, Degree pursuing, Why this job?, Why P & J, Experience related to the position and degree pursuing, example of particular situation related to the position, Open for travelling or not? Office or field work? etc.) 2nd round: 6 STAR questions, for example, one of the was: Give an example of a situation where you had to speak with a large group of people and encourage them for a particular thing, kind of speech to motivate others.
