I did not initially apply, their HR reached out to me through LinkedIn and asked for interviewing me. I had first interview with the HR and passed to the second round. I should have noticed the red flag, i.e., during the second round, the interviewer (one of their VPs) never appeared and had to reschedule to another day.
Initially, they said there would be 3 interviews but they asked me to add one additional interview with their Chief of staff before the final round interview. As everybody else who shared their experiences here, the final round included a case study and I spent good amount of hours (~24hours) to present a good case. I had three people attended my final interview, including one of their technical VPs and technical directors. This includes presentation (30 mins or so), questions (this took more than 1 hour), and finally site visit. At the end, the HR suggested all of them like me and I am their top candidates. Initially, HR did good follow up (for about 2 weeks after the final interview), saying they were trying to finalize which position that will be the best for me. However, at the end, they ghosted me, and never sent any emails nor text. A great waste of time. They asked whether I was willing to put much hours which I responded yes, since I asked quite bumped salary increase for that sacrifice. Seems very chaotic organization, you will feel it during the entire recruiting process.
