I'll start by saying that the company is pretty cool and the people there seem quite nice and passionate. However, this interview process is respectfully one of the worst I've seen in any application I've done. There are 7 steps involved (listed below), and the delay and poor communication between each makes the process quite annoying to balance. I applied in May and only received the offer (85,000$/yr) in late August with multiple weeks of no communication. After negotiating I was told to wait for the updated offer which never came and I ended up taking another opportunity in the meantime. Overall, between the poor communication, the slow timeframe, and the team's habit of missing their meetings with my references, I would sadly not recommend applying to a position here unless you're in it for the (very) long haul.
