Very little interviewing to be had. My experience spoke for itself, so they mostly told me about the position, the hospitals, and the units, and asked if I wanted it.

The new grad interview was a panel interview set up with various managers in that speciality. For cardiology for instance there were 3 managers and each described their units and little about their staff and patients.

You will be greeted nicely, they will make you Shadow the unit and get an idea of what it looks like and what they do there. The manager is very nice and is willing to communicate with you by letting you express your desire

I was interviewed by only the manager. The interview was straightforward and smooth. The interview lasted about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I got a tour of the unit afterwards.
