I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Piedmont Healthcare (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter 48 hours after submitting my application. She asked several basic questions about my experience, availability, what I was looking for in a position, etc. After a 10-15 minute conversation we scheduled an interview for the following week.
The in-person interview was scheduled for me to sit down with the head of the department that I had applied for. She asked a few clinical questions "what who you do if patient X was experiencing this" kind of questions, as well as basic interview questions.
I received a call the following day with a job offer and a start date.

Interview
HORRIBLE. Had an interview scheduled and was ghosted by Piedmont. Never received a call or any notice that the interview was cancelled. I emailed the recruiter to follow up and we rescheduled JUST for me to be ghosted again at the scheduled time. I'm disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Weird to waste someone else's time in this manner. Good luck!

Once you submit application they will call for a phone screening and send this info to the hiring manager. If hiring manager approves they will call you in for an interview. It took about a week to know if i got the job. The interview was very easy and the interviewers were extremely nice! i was only asked three questions and they were just personality questions.
