Interview
The process lasted about a week. First, there was a brief phone interview and a follow up by the company recruiter. This was followed by 2 face to face interviews on site and eventually a job offer by phone.
The whole process took less than two weeks. There was one interview, and an online personality/IQ test. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. It was fairly laid back, it was more of a conversation where they tried to find out about what kind of person I was. There were not really any 'tough' questions. The online test took about a 90 minutes.
